We advise individuals and families on all UK personal immigration routes — from spouse and partner visas to visitor visas, student visas, settlement and British citizenship. We provide clear advice on eligibility, documents, costs and next steps.
We can advise you before you make an application, following a refusal, or where urgent action is required. We explain your options clearly and advise on the strengths, risks and likely stages of your matter before we start any work.
We do not guarantee the outcome of any Home Office application or appeal.
Family and partner visas allow individuals to join or remain with their British or settled family members in the UK. Eligibility depends on the type of relationship, meeting the minimum income requirement (currently £29,000, rising incrementally to £38,700), adequate accommodation and the English language requirement.
For married partners of British citizens or settled persons. Requires a valid marriage, minimum income threshold and English language evidence. Initial entry for 2.5 years, then extension and ILR after 5 years.
For civil partners joining their partner in the UK. Same financial, accommodation and language requirements as the spouse visa route.
For couples in a genuine relationship akin to marriage or civil partnership who have cohabited for at least 2 years. Requires strong evidence of the relationship.
Allows entry to the UK to marry within 6 months. Cannot be extended — you must marry and then switch to a spouse visa. We advise on the timing and documentation required.
For parents joining children who are settled in the UK, and for dependent children of those with leave to remain. Eligibility conditions vary by route.
One of the most restrictive family routes, requiring evidence that the relative requires long-term personal care that cannot be obtained in their home country.
Standard Visitor Visas are for individuals visiting the UK for tourism, business meetings, medical treatment or to visit family. A typical visit is up to 6 months. Refusals are common where financial ties abroad, employment status or close family connections in the home country are not clearly evidenced.
We advise on the strength of your application, supporting documents, and how to demonstrate your intention to leave the UK at the end of your visit.
If your visitor visa was refused, we review the refusal notice, advise on the reasons and on whether to reapply with stronger evidence or pursue another route.
Multi-entry visitor visas for 2, 5 or 10 years. We advise on eligibility and support your application with appropriate documentation.
For those travelling to the UK for private medical treatment. We advise on documentation required, including evidence of treatment and funding.
We advise on Student Visa applications for CAS-holding students, Graduate Visa applications following completion of a UK degree, and individual Skilled Worker applications for those with a Certificate of Sponsorship from a licensed employer.
